The Final Hunt

The last easter egg hunt of 2009 took place at Mimi and Grampy's house...I think we now have enough candy to last us until Halloween!

The Jackson Triplets

Last week, Reid finally got to meet the Jackson triplets -- Savannah, Madeline and Tyler (left to right in the picture). These adorable cuties are 19 months old and belong to my friend Celeste. And yes, she has the patience of a saint! As you can see from the pictures, the babies were much more interested in looking at each other than they were looking at the camera. I'm hoping we can have some fun play dates in the future!

Easter Pics - Take 2

Another good thing about Jimmy being out of work...he gets to go to Cameryn's Easter party at school! I know, I'm reaching for positives, but hey... We had a great time today at Cameryn's school (it's daycare, but we call it school - her teacher even types up lesson plans!). Cameryn was a champ at hunting the eggs and then tried to eat all of the candy at one time. She loves chocolate - she is my child! One more hunt to go...this one will take place at Mimi's house this weekend. Happy Easter everyone!

Bring on the Antacids...

Yesterday was a big day in the Nardello household. What, you ask could be so important about Monday, April 6th? Well it was ONLY the first official game of the NY Mets 2009 season! Silly...

Jimmy was very excited about the fact that both Cameryn and Reid were decked out in their Met gear. I even joined in on the fun and sported a Met hat and t-shirt...I know, I'm only encouraging his obsession :-) If there is anything good about his being out of a job right now it's that he was able to sit at home and cheer on his team to a 2-1 victory. They of course tried to make things interesting in the 9th.

Guess I need to start stocking up on the Tums...

Mini Jimmy

I smile every time I look at these pictures...Reid is looking more and more like a mini replica of his daddy every day! SOOOO adorable!

As you can see, the 'fur babies' were not real enthused when I put bunny ears on them...but they're just so darned cute!

Easter Pics - Take 1

Here are the first batch of Easter pics we've taken for this year. I say that because there will be many more to come...Cameryn has her Easter Egg hunt/party at school on Thursday this week and we will also have an Easter Egg hunt at Mimi and Grampy's house this weekend! Candy, candy everywhere!!! These pictures were taken during our fun visit to the Easter Eggstravaganza at Briscoe Park yesterday. It was a little chilly, but all in all very fun! Cameryn raced out and gathered her Easter eggs during the hunt, played in a bouncy house, rode on a pony (her first time!) and played on the playground. Cousin Owen was along for the good times too. Reid slept in his stroller mostly...next year he'll be running around scooping up eggs!
